When installing the game, when you get to the part where you should enter your cd key, simply control-alt-delete the DragonAge_code process.

Dragon Age DLC:
First, extract the packs to any folder. To install this, you need to go into the folder you installed Dragon Age Origins in. Then, go into the bin_ship and run duapdater.exe. Finally, select the package(s) you wish to install from the folder to which you extracted the dlc, and hit the install button.

After following the poster's instructions, you also have to go into C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings and open AddIns.xml in notepad. There, replace every instance of RequiresAuthorization="1" with RequiresAuthorization="0" and save it as a UTF-8 encoded text file.
