GUYS I GOT THE GAME TO WORK FULLY! (can pick up cola and chainsaw etc..) TESTED ON THE RAZOR COPY!
I've finished the game with no crashes at all.

instructions:

1- install clean copy of l4d 2
2- DO NOT INSTALL THE RAZOR PATCH THAT COMES WITH IT
3- copy and paste what's in the rar to your install directory
4- make sure you have steam on and use RUN_L4D2 to play the game.
